About Sarah
Hi, I’m Sarah.
I’m a creative who has spent years balancing art with a busy freelance career and family life. With a design degree and 15+ years running my own business, I’ve had the joy of seeing my handmade products stocked in independent shops around the world, recognised with awards, and even stocked in the National Portrait Gallery.
Now I’m stepping into a new chapter where art takes the lead — creating for myself, slowing down, and using creativity as a way to bring more calm into my daily life. And I’m excited to encourage others to do the same.
I’m inspired by colour, nature, abstract forms, and the beauty of simplicity. I’m drawn to slower living, gentle creativity, and art that feels grounding.
Making art is how I reconnect with myself, and I’m finally giving it the space it deserves as I build a body of work just for me.
I believe creativity doesn’t need to be complicated to be meaningful. That’s why I created YOUR CREATIVE JOURNAL — to help beginners slow down, feel calm, and reconnect with themselves through simple, approachable art practices.
This guide is for anyone who wants to create without pressure. No rules. No perfection. Just room to breathe and enjoy the process. Whether you’re picking up a pen for the first time or returning to art after a long pause, you’re welcome here.
Art can be a gentle pause in a busy world — and I’m so glad you’re here to experience it.
